Who we are

This website is operated by Likode Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16052352), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Likode Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your company name, if you choose to give it
• the project details you write in the form

To protect the form from spam, our server temporarily records a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the time of submission. This record cannot be read back as your IP address and is deleted automatically after one hour.

Like all websites, our hosting provider's servers process technical information such as IP addresses when pages are requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to read and reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and prepare that work. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and, where you ask us about a project, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered as emails to our business mailbox. The website and our email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes this information on our behalf as our hosting and email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your information to other companies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form or write to us at our registered office.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page.
